You will discover the Venetian “cicchetti”, the authentic Tiramisu recipe, the Amarone and Prosecco wines, the handmade “tortellini” and finally, the tradition of the “Bistecca Fiorentina” combined with a good glass of Brunello or aged Chianti.

Day 1
Arrival in Venice Apt and , while your luggage will be delivered to the hotel, you will reach with a private water taxi the historical centre of the town. In the afternoon we suggest a guided tour in the hidden parts of Venice, not known by the common tourist flows, where locals go and enjoyed the traditional Venetian food called “Cichetti”. You will eat your amazing and delicious cicchetti (Venetian typical snacks) and drink some local Venetian wine and you will discover a lot of things about Venice’s everyday life, about Venetian people and their culture. This is a nice, friendly and relaxed walking food Tour in Venice, visiting two or three (maybe four if you are really hungry) of the best Osterie in Venice where you will taste scrumptious food and drink special wines. After the tour, you will be transferred by a private driver in Treviso, the town called “the Garden of Venice”, in a charming central familiar accommodation.
Day 2
I After the breakfast, you will discover with a private driver and a local sommelier, the hills of Prosecco,...where unexpected landscapes, rolling hills, villages and scenic routes welcome you with their tradition of wine and good food. This Prosecco tour introduce the top wine of this area, ranging from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene, to Asolo, through the Venetian Palladian villas and the best restaurants in the culinary tradition of the Veneto. The sommelier will introduce in the Italian wine culture, advising you in purchasing in the wineries. You will meet a family that has in wine its own tradition and their own lives, through a process of cultivation based on ancient practices , continuous monitoring and scientific innovation. Here everything and everyone... smell of Prosecco wine, and you will have the opportunity to taste different kinds and different producers of Prosecco, the most exported wine worldwide, combining with a traditional lunch in a typical “Osteria”. In the late afternoon, you will come back to the hotel.
Day 3
For today we reserve to you a “tiramisu” experience… This original and traditional cake, made with biscuits, eggs, coffe and other ingredients, that are different according to different recipes, is an ancient and always alive tradition of Venetian cuisine. The tour takes off by visiting the shops and farmers to buy the necessary ingredients together and is then followed by a Tiramisu cooking lesson in one of the oldest bakeries in town. You will learn and prepare the delicious cream we use to make this cafe and you will discover the tradition of authentic Italian espresso coffee. About the Tiramisu… think that here in Treviso, every year, we have a competition on the best tiramisu ... in short ... you really will have the opportunity to discover a good or authentic food ... if you're not on a diet!
Day 4
In the morning, after the breakfast, you will reach Verona. Your private driver will transfer you to a hotel, check-in and time to relax. In the afternoon, we suggest a private guided tour where your guide will escort you on a tour of the city and bring the connection between the gorgeous architecture, narrow lanes, and Shakespeare’s play Romeo and Juliet. You will reach the home of Juliet Capulet, located near Piazza delle Erbe and pass through the arched tunnel that leads to the courtyard. Love letters asking for the spirit of Juliet to help in matters of the heart spill out of the cracks in the walls of the tunnel, and the courtyard features a decorative balcony situated above a bronze statue of Juliet. By the way, please consider that the town propose several nice restaurant in the historical centre… you can’t miss the “Risotto all’Amarone” or the traditional “boiled meat dish”!
Day 5
In the morning, we suggest a private tour in the land of Amarone, with exclusive experience which compares the different wines of the Valpolicella: Valpolicella Classico, Ripasso, Amarone, Recioto.... visit and tasting in one of the greatest wineries of Valpolicella and tasting lunch in an exclusive restaurant of the area. Really… please consider that several guests confirmed that this tour is the best surprise during their trip, because you can’t immagine both the quality of the wine and the hospitality of the wineries! In the afternoon, time to relax and overnight stay.
Day 6
In the morning, private transfer to Bologna, the town of “tortellini”. Here, today you will attend to an Italian cooking class, in a professional kitchen, large and beautiful…with two Italian chef, who are rewarded also by the “Slow Food” Association, will introduce you to the tradition of the Italian, and in particular the Northern cuisine. You will try to make the particular homemade “tortellino”, tagliatelle or gnocchi… and you will learn first of all the tradition of Bolognese sauce (ragù) and tomatoes sauce. After that you will join in a traditional lunch combined with local wines… a great, exciting experience that will allow you to cook good Italian food even at home!
Day 7
Today we propose a tour full of flavours and traditions... in the morning, you will meet your private driver towards Modena, the medieval town of the Balsamic Vinegar. To know Modena, you must understand the history and cultural significance of their famously sweet and tart vinegar.. so.. you will visit an ancient producer and, in the tasting room, you will enjoy a private sampling of the vinegar produced on the property and find flavors of fig, molasses, and chocolate. After that, considering that we want to make you discover the soul of the gastronomic tradition, we will bring you to discover the the King of Cheeses, Parmigiano Cheese! This experience fascinates young and old, and the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory is waiting to accompany you on a journey that will allow you to see the master cheesemakers working in the ancient gestures of milk processing.
Day 8
Today you will leave Bologna and Emilia Romagna Region, going towards Tuscany to discover another great gastronomic and wine tradition! You will discover with a private driver, the exciting wine tour crossing the hills of Chianti-wine, reaching Monteriggioni and Castellina in Chianti. For lunch the particular restaurant of Dario Cecchini will wait for you, for an authentic tuscan lunch. In the afternoon, you can cross the “Chianti Road” and you we will suggest the experience of the “School of Wine” in a very nice winery in San Gimignano, where you will try all the great Protagonists of the italian wine tradition: “Super Tuscany”, Brunello, Chianti, with a unique guided wine experience. After taht, you will come back to the Agriturismo, for a good sleep!
Day 9
ciao Italia… according to the flight time-table, transfer to the Airport and... ARRIVEDERCI ITALIA ! Now you are really an ambassador of the Italian food & wine culture!
